• We first open the file "i hope you can find your own way.jpg" as a background

• Then input the car image, above background image

• Select Filter- > Blur- > Gaussian Blur and change the radius to 4.2

• Change the blending option to overlay and change the opacity to 80 %

• Then write the text in the upper layer of the car by using the brush tool

• To make the melt water using the same brush , but with a smaller size

• Until Being like this

• Then change the opacity of the text Being 87 %

• create a new layer and change the color to white and then change blending option into a soft light 

• and the result is like this
